Salted Carmel, Beginning Now...

I didn't let the carmel boil to a deep amber color, so...
the topping looks a little pasty. Major oops! But at least I didn't burn the carmel. That would've scarred me for life. It'll still taste amazing! Woot!

Working this weekend, so I'll be scarce and my posts short. Seriously, though? Life is good.
