Peanut Butter Fudge Discs

I have something I'm excited to share with you. I hope it will provide you as much enjoyment and mouth-happiness as it did me.

Also, it will make you worthy of the labels Accomplished In The Kitchen and Able To Make Fudge. You can tell all your friends. Only four ingredients! Peanut butter, special dark cocoa, honey and raisins.
Put one tablespoon peanut butter at the bottom of a cup, add one tablespoon cocoa, two teaspoons raisins and two teaspoons honey. Okay, I lied about only four ingredients. There's salt too. Add a tiny dash. It makes the sweet more readily tastable.

With a spoon, mash it around. Soon, it will look like this. Don't be discouraged by the dusty raisins and clumpy mess. It will get better. Forge ahead.
Then after a minute, it will look like this. Voila! You're finished. You have two options here. Eat it straight from the cup. I mean, you are holding a spoon. It's the most logical thing to do. Or you can form the chocolaty lumps into a Fudge Disc and refrigerate so it's has a bit more fudgey texture.
There. Wasn't that fun? It took about five minutes, too. And there's definitely only enough for one serving. ;)

Peanut Butter Fudge Discs

1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon special dark cocoa
2 teaspoons raisins
2 teaspoons honey
1 sprinkle salt

Put in a cup and mix it all up. Form into a disc and enjoy!

Recipe notes: A) You can use regular cocoa, but if you have special dark, definitely use it. It creates an aura of chocolatey mystery... or that's what I've been told. Seriously, though, it does improve the flavor. B) Although raisins in fudge might strike you as odd, they help sweeten it and make it chewy. C) You can try using crunchy peanut butter if you like nuts in your fudge.

Remember, baking isn't an exact science. Add different ingredients and amounts and see what you come up with. Have fun!

  1. I gotta say having raisins in it sounds weird, but chocolate is pretty amazing, and peanut butter makes it even better, so... Yeah. XD I might have to try this sometime.
